1. Purpose of This Policy

We want our platform to be used in a lawful, safe, and responsible way. This policy is designed to protect our users, the public, third parties, and our services from misuse, abuse, fraud, harm, and legal violations.

4. Rules for Image, Video, and Audio Generation

Because our services support synthetic media generation, the following additional restrictions apply.

4.1 Image Generation

  • You may not generate fake IDs, forged documents, fraudulent screenshots, unauthorized likeness edits, or other misleading visual evidence.
  • You may not generate, edit, retouch, or manipulate intimate, explicit, exploitative, or realistic images of real people without clear authorization and all required rights.
  • You may not generate deceptive images that falsely suggest a real event, crime, endorsement, official statement, personal identity, relationship, or association with a real person or public figure.

4.2 Video Generation

  • You may not create non-consensual deepfake videos, talking-photo or talking-head videos, lip-sync videos, or other synthetic video content intended to impersonate a real person or mislead viewers about identity, speech, actions, endorsements, or real-world events.
  • You may not create videos that falsely appear to be news footage, government communications, surveillance footage, or legal evidence.
  • You may not create videos for harassment, blackmail, intimidation, non-consensual sexual exploitation, public figure impersonation, or identity manipulation.

4.3 Audio Generation

  • You may not clone, imitate, or simulate a real person's voice without authorization, or use voice cloning for fraud, impersonation, extortion, social engineering, harassment, or deception.
  • You may not generate audio that falsely represents official authorities, employers, family members, customer support, private individuals, or public figures in a misleading way.
  • You may not create abusive, threatening, hateful, or exploitative synthetic audio content.

5. Deepfakes, Likeness, and Identity Misuse

You may not use our services to impersonate, misrepresent, or exploit the identity, likeness, face, body, voice, name, image, persona, reputation, or public profile of any real person in a way that is deceptive, harmful, unlawful, non-consensual, or likely to cause identity confusion. This includes unauthorized use of a real person's likeness, non-consensual deepfake content, misleading endorsements, fabricated statements, and synthetic media that falsely presents someone as doing or saying something. Where consent, authorization, or other legal rights are required, you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining them.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, generated outputs, exports, publications, and all activity conducted through your account. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and legal authority required for your use of our services and any content you create, upload, modify, or distribute, including rights related to a person's likeness, identity, voice, privacy, and publicity.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may use automated systems, human review, user reports, and other reasonable methods to detect, investigate, and address violations of this policy. If we believe that you have violated this policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including the following actions.

  • Removing or blocking content.
  • Restricting access to certain features.
  • Suspending generation capability.
