Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly on the ImageToImg website (https://ideatoimg.com). If you purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party platforms, their refund rules apply.
We aim to provide a high-quality AI image experience while covering GPU compute and payment processing costs. This policy sets clear, fair, and enforceable standards for refunds.
1. Subscription Refunds (First Subscription)
If this is your first subscription and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund only if all of the following are met:
Eligibility (all required)
- Time window: request within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Usage limits at time of request:
- Successful generations fewer than 5; and
- Total credits/usage less than 10% of the plan allowance.
- First purchase only: applies only to your first subscription.
- Account status: no violations of the Terms of Service (e.g., multi-account abuse, shared accounts, abusive usage).
Notes
- “Generations” means successful requests that returned results; failed requests due to system errors (e.g., 5xx or timeouts) are generally excluded, subject to our logs.
- Usage and credit consumption are determined by our billing records.
Outside these conditions
Requests made after 7 days or above the usage thresholds are generally not eligible for refunds, to the extent permitted by law.
If you cancel, you can continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period (unless your account is restricted for compliance reasons).
2. Auto-Renewal Refunds
Auto-renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To reduce accidental renewals, we may consider a one-time exception if all of the following are met:
Discretionary approval (all required)
- Request submitted within 48 hours of renewal;
- No or minimal use in the new billing period (e.g., successful generations ≤ 1 and usage ≤ 2%, based on our records);
- Account is in good standing.
We may decline requests that appear abusive (e.g., repeated buy-use-refund patterns).
3. Credits / Pay-As-You-Go Purchases
Credits are one-time digital goods. We follow a “unused first, light-use negotiable” policy:
Full refund (unused)
- Within 7 days of purchase if the credit balance remains 100% unused.
Partial refund (light use)
- Within 7 days if usage is less than 10%:
- Refund amount is based on the unused portion;
- Payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable;
- Final calculation is based on our billing records.
Heavier use
Usage above 10% is generally not eligible for refund, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Common Non-Refundable Situations
To avoid misunderstandings, refunds are generally not provided (where allowed by law) for:
- Purchases older than 7 days;
- Subjective preference issues when the Service is functioning normally;
- Failure to cancel a subscription (see Section 2);
- Promotional or discounted purchases, unless stated otherwise;
- Accounts restricted or terminated for Terms violations.
Issues we prioritize
If any of the following occur, we will investigate and may refund, credit, or correct charges:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges;
- Prolonged service outages or persistent errors;
- Core features materially not as described.

- Account email
- Order ID / transaction ID
- Purchase type (subscription or credits)
- Purchase date and approximate time
- Brief reason for the request
Processing time
- We typically review requests within 1–3 business days;
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on the payment provider);
- For subscriptions, we may cancel the subscription after approval to prevent future charges (or follow your request).
Note: Refund amounts may be reduced by applicable payment processing fees.
6. Third-Party Platform Purchases
For purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party platforms, refunds must follow that platform’s policies and procedures. We can provide order details or usage records where allowed, but the platform makes the final decision.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website and take effect upon posting, unless otherwise required by law.
